Relationship Officer, Secured Lending (Surabaya)

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Relationship Officer (RO) to join our Secured Lending team in Surabaya. This role is focused on business hunting, identifying and acquiring clients with potential assets for secured financing. You will play a key role in expanding our loan portfolio by generating leads, managing client relationships, and providing tailored financing solutions that fit the borrowers’ needs.

What you will do:

• Proactively source, identify, and acquire new clients with potential collateralized assets suitable for secured lending.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
• Retain and expand existing customer relationships by understanding their evolving business needs.
• Conduct comprehensive fact-finding with prospective and existing clients to identify opportunities and structure appropriate financing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience.
• Stay up to date with market trends, industry movements, and competitors’ activities.
