We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Head of Operations to lead our operations team in Malaysia and drive our growth in the digital SME financing space.
What you will do:
- Operations Strategy: Develop and execute the operations strategy to ensure smooth and efficient processes for the digital financing platform, focusing on enhancing customer experience and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a young and vibrant operations team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and promoting professional growth and development among team members.
- Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve operational workflows, identifying areas for optimization, automation, and streamlining to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Risk Management: Implement robust risk management frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to SME financing operations. Mitigate operational risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, customer support, and technology teams, to align operational processes and achieve business objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain operational metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of operations, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
