Occupational Therapist

We are looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide remote, client-centered therapy services for children and adolescents. This position focuses on enhancing children’s fine motor skills, sensory integration, and activities of daily living (ADLs) through virtual evaluations and treatment sessions. The OT will collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to create effective, measurable goals and provide caregiver coaching via a secure teletherapy platform. Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments and develop individualized OT plans
• Deliver remote therapy sessions focused on motor, sensory, and self-help skills
• Document progress and communicate strategies to caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed

Requirements

• Active OT license in the state(s) where services are provided
• Pediatric experience required; telehealth experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and clinical documentation skills
• Comfortable using digital platforms and therapy tools
