THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Procurement Analyst to our Procurement team in São Paulo!

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic procurement team. As a Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our procurement processes to drive cost savings, enhance supplier relationships, and ensure the efficient procurement of goods and services. Your expertise in data analysis, market research, and supplier evaluation will be crucial in supporting our organization's strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining procurement records and assisting the procurement manager in contractor selections.

YOUR IMPACT

• Provide assistance in analyzing and developing improved policies, plans, methods, and procedures
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and SLA´s with vendors
• Reviewing existing contracts and vendors globally
• Responsible for vendor creation and master data updates
• Contract and vendor management across different regions
• Assist in building relationships with organizational networks and external vendors for procurement.
• Responsible for documenting all vendor costs and generating monthly spend reports

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, business, finance, or related field.
• Mandatory proficiency in both spoken and written English
• Spoken and written Spanish is a plus
• Talent in negotiations and networking
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data
• Ability to interpret complex data and present insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
