We are hiring a Social Media Strategist + Affiliate Marketing Manager to own social strategy and execution across key channels (primarily Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), while also building and managing a scalable creator/affiliate engine. This person treats social as a growth channel: testing formats, refining copy, improving performance, and turning content into measurable outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Write strong, native platform copy (short-form hooks, captions, CTAs, story text, comment prompts).
- Build and manage a weekly social plan that balances brand, education (“how to”), community, and conversion.
- Schedule and publish content consistently, aligned to a test plan (not a content dump).
- Develop testing frameworks for hooks, formats, posting cadence, and creative themes.
- Collaborate with internal team to translate content inflow into a clean, repeatable calendar. WE DO NOT NEED YOU TO CREATE CONTENT.
- Monitor performance and iterate quickly based on what is working.
- Weekly reporting (short, clear, action-oriented): what shipped, what performed, what we are testing next.
- Weekly meeting cadence with leadership and key collaborators.
