We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team in the Advertising Technology industry. This remote role will support cross-functional departments including Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to enhance data integrity, streamline processes, and optimize our revenue technology stack. The ideal candidate is an experienced Salesforce administrator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving operational efficiency and actionable insights.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the Salesforce Administrator, managing users, roles, profiles, permissions, and platform configurations.
- Configure and maintain custom objects, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and automations (Flows, Workflows, Approval Processes).
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, NetSuite, and other connected tools.
- Identify and resolve system inefficiencies while ensuring scalable, repeatable processes.
- Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and revenue reporting within Salesforce.
- Create and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Partner with Sales and Finance teams to align data tracking and reporting with organizational goals.
- Support staff adoption through user training, documentation, and responsive troubleshooting.
- Lead and manage third-party integration projects across the revenue tech stack (e.g., Gong, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, NetSuite).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new tools.
