The Role:
We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up. This is a high-impact, strategic individual contributor role for someone who can think big, operate independently, and execute with precision. You’ll own the full marketing lifecycle — from shaping our brand narrative to generating pipeline, crafting campaigns, and enabling sales. This is a unique opportunity to set the marketing vision while staying close to execution in a fast-moving startup environment.
In your first 6 months, you’ll focus on clarifying our positioning, standing up demand generation campaigns, and laying the foundation for scalable content, messaging, and brand strategy.
This is an NYC-based role (in-person work expected 3 days per week) and reports directly to our CEO.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $160,000-180,000. This role also offers benefits and equity. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
