You will serve as a trusted advisor, driving onboarding, adoption, performance, retention, and expansion across multiple product offerings. This role blends relationship management with operational execution and data-driven insights, providing clients with actionable recommendations and strategic guidance. Working cross-functionally with implementation, product, sales, support, and media teams, you will proactively identify risks and opportunities, optimize workflows, and champion the voice of the customer internally.
