We’re looking for a Paid Search & Social Specialist who thrives on digging into data, testing ideas, and finding performance improvements others might miss. You’re the type who loves getting hands-on with campaigns - tracking results, tweaking bids, and continuously learning what works best.

In this role, you will:

📈 Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms
✍️ Write compelling ad copy and structure campaigns for effective targeting and tracking
🧩 Create ad groups, audiences, and variations for testing and performance learning
📊 Monitor pacing, CPCs, CPA, CTR, conversions, and ROAS to identify optimization opportunities
🎯 Adjust bids, manage keywords, and reallocate budgets to maximize ROI
🧠 Troubleshoot tracking, pixel, and attribution issues via Google Tag Manager and analytics tools
🚀 Test ad creatives and landing page combinations to find performance lifts
📑 Prepare reports with insights, trends, and data-backed recommendations
🤝 Collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to align campaigns with broader goals

You’ll work full-time with some overlap between 8am - 12pm EST (Monday–Friday) to collaborate with the rest of the GPM team.
