Ready to own and scale high-impact paid media? Apply now. $3,000–$3,500/month | Full-time | Fully Remote | US hours
We started Kerby and Cristina Real Estate Experts with a simple goal: to help people move with confidence and feel genuinely supported through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
Today, we’re proud to be one of the premier real estate teams in the Twin Cities, trusted by more than 7,000 Minnesota families. When clients work with us, they’re not just hiring an agent. They’re getting a full team backed by proven systems, powerful marketing, and deep local expertise.
Behind the scenes, we’re just as focused on building a great place to work. Our mission is to create predictable, profitable growth through world-class paid media and clean, reliable systems. We care about ownership, learning, and doing things the right way - and we’re building a team of people who want real responsibility and real impact, not just another job.
We’re looking for a Digital Ads Manager who wants full ownership of a high-impact paid acquisition engine and sees advertising as a growth lever, not a checkbox.
You’re someone who loves data, experimentation, and accountability - and you’re excited to turn paid media into a predictable, scalable source of high-quality demand across multiple businesses.
In this role, you will:
😎 Own and manage all paid media campaigns across Google (PPC), Meta/Facebook, and emerging channels like YouTube and Instagram
📈 Optimize and scale campaigns for CPL, CPA, lead quality, and downstream revenue
🧪 Build, test, and iterate funnels, landing pages, and conversion flows
🔍 Ensure accuracy of tracking, attribution, pixels, events, and CRM integrations
🤝 Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and sales to improve conversion rates and lead quality
🚀 Test and launch new channels, creatives, offers, and audiences
📊 Report and analyze performance with clear insights into ROI and growth opportunities
🧩 Support new campaigns across multiple business lines including real estate, lending, software, and wholesale.
Our ideal candidate is humble, proactive, and relentlessly solution-oriented. You take ownership of outcomes, stay curious, and keep learning.
You bring a positive, can-do attitude, thrive on feedback, and don’t wait to be told what to fix.
You see it, own it, and improve it.
Working Hours : This is a full-time role, Monday–Friday (9am–5pm or 10am–6pm), with some flexibility as long as collaboration and results stay strong.
You’ll report directly to Brian, our Operations Lead. He brings deep experience across marketing, operations, and systems.
