We’re looking for a Business Development Representative - someone who’s naturally curious, proactive, and excited about building strong top-of-funnel momentum. You enjoy conversations, stay organized, communicate clearly, and can confidently reach out to prospects across multiple channels. You’re scrappy, coachable, friendly, and energetic, with solid admin discipline and a non-salesy, human approach.
In this role, you will:
📞 Conduct daily outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
🔎 Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and determine fit
📊 Collect property and market data to support sales opportunities
🗂 Maintain accurate CRM records inside Zoho
🏙️ Research property management companies, developers, and portfolios
📋 Build and organize segmented prospect lists
📝 Prepare notes, context, and background for scheduled meetings
📬 Support follow-ups and nurturing for early-stage leads
📈 Track daily/weekly activity and share updates with leadership
🤝 Collaborate with the VP of Sales and internal teams for smooth handoffs
You’ll work full-time with at least 4 hours of overlap with the U.S. team.
