I’m Dan, the founder of Syroscape. I work with established B2B SaaS companies that already have product–market fit and are ready to scale in a calm, systematic way. My focus is on helping founders grow without burning out, by building better systems around marketing, delivery, and operations.
Right now, Syroscape is small, hands-on, and very client-focused. I work closely with founders, stay involved in execution, and care a lot about long-term relationships and retention. This is a great place to work if you like ownership, clear impact, and growing alongside the business as it scales.
I’m looking for a Marketing Assistant who enjoys hands-on execution, is comfortable with marketing tools, and likes turning plans into action. This role is for someone proactive and reliable who wants to grow with the business and potentially step into a bigger operations role over time.
In this role, you will:
🧩 Manage tasks and projects inside ClickUp
⏰ Follow up on deadlines and keep work moving forward
📊 Help prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact
📄 Create and maintain SOPs and project documentation
🚀 Set up and adjust client ad campaigns and tracking
🔧 Implement technical changes like pixels, scripts, and automations
🎨 Work with designers to produce image and video ad creatives
🤖 Use AI tools to write copy and generate ad variations
📈 Optimize landing pages and campaigns using performance data
🎥 Create AI video ads and coordinate edits with video editors
🗣 Speak with clients and run calls when needed
🗂 Maintain client assets, reports, and documentation
🛠 Support onboarding, admin tasks, and vendor coordination
This is a full-time role, and you’ll be expected to work mostly US Eastern Time hours, with some overlap that works for both US clients and my schedule in Taiwan.
