Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Programmer experienced in both technical and commercial aspects to play a pivotal role in the regional team to develop our engineering service capability in China. This is a high-impact role that combines technical leadership and client management. You will be the key partner to the Regional Director, responsible for designing optimal service plans, engaging with potential clients, and leading pilot projects. Success in this role will see you transition into the leadership position for the full-scale engineering team you help to build.

Duties and Responsibilities

1、Strategic Service Design & Optimization (30%)

*Partner with the Regional Director to analyze market needs and define the strategic roadmap for game engineering services in China.

*Develop and optimize standardized yet flexible service plans, pricing models, and technical offerings for potential clients.

*Identify and vet potential technical partners and talent within the region to support service delivery.

2、Business Development & Client Engagement (30%)

*Act as a key technical representative in customer meetings, pitches, and discussions for new business opportunities.

*Translate client vision and requirements into actionable technical proposals and scopes of work.

*Work with the team to build strong, trusted relationships with potential and existing clients by demonstrating deep technical and production knowledge.

3、Pilot Production Leadership (30%)

*Lead the end-to-end execution of pilot projects, serving as the primary point of contact for the client and internal stakeholders.

*Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources to successfully prove our service capabilities and secure long-term contracts.

*Partner with the regional director for recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of a full-scale engineering team.
