About the Job

You will provide operational accounting support within the Cash Operations squad, assisting with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll processes in a Shared Services environment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal procedures.

How you'll contribute

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Support the process of recording and processing vendor invoices in the accounting system.

• Validate invoice accuracy (amounts, vendor data).

• Support the payment approval workflow and payment execution.

• Assist with vendor reconciliations and AP aging reports.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Assist in issuing and recording customer invoices.

• Register and apply incoming payments to customer accounts.

• Support AR reconciliations and aging analysis.

• Assist in monitoring overdue balances and collections follow-up.

Payroll

• Support payroll administration by loading employee payroll data and updates.

• Assist in validating payroll information and reports.

• Support salary payment processing and documentation control.

• Maintain organized payroll records and supporting documentation.

Cash Operations / Treasury

• Record daily cash and bank transactions.

• Support basic bank reconciliations.

• Assist in cash flow monitoring and reporting.

• Support payment and collection tracking to ensure cash availability.

This would make you the ideal candidate.

• Advanced student in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, close to graduation

• Fluent in English

• Strong attention to detail and organization.

• Good Excel skills, D365 knowledge is a plus

• Ability to follow standardized processes in a Shared Services environment.

• Willingness to learn and support multiple accounting processes in different areas
