Where we work
Owner is a remote-first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. For a few of our roles we prioritize in-person collaboration at one of our office locations. Why we’re looking for you
We’re on the hunt for a Senior Recruiter who knows how to build high-performance revenue teams and has previously recruited for high-velocity, high-volume roles across the entire sales ecosystem (XDR, Account Executive, Implementation & Customer Success)
You’ll be the engine behind bringing in the talent that fuels our growth. This role calls for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution - crafting hiring plans, sourcing top talent, and creating a candidate experience that stands out.
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
