The role is about:
We're hiring a Head of Creative to own our visual brand vision and build a high-performing, proactive in-house Studio consisting of UX/UI, graphic design and video production team members. This role will evolve and set visual direction, build design systems for the efficient workflows, enhance team processes for timely deliverables, and ensure consistent, on-brand execution across all channels: marketing, employer branding, internal communications, events, and co-branded assets.

What you will do:
- Define and lead visual and creative direction — Own and evolve the brand’s visual and video outputs, translating business and brand strategy into consistent, high-impact creative across all channels.
- Build a strategic design partnership with Marketing — Enable the Studio team to operate as a strategic marketing partner — shaping briefs, challenging inputs, coming with suggestions and solutions, and translating business goals into strong, thoughtful creative solutions.
- Lead and grow a high-performing design and video team — Coach, structure, and scale the team; assess skills and capacity, define roles, and create clarity, ownership, and craft excellence.
- Build effective creative ways of working — Establish clear workflows, prioritization, and feedback loops that balance quality, speed, and marketing impact.
- Raise the creative bar and protect brand quality — Set standards, review rituals, and a clear definition of “done,” acting as a quality gatekeeper for all creative output.
- Proactively drive creative innovation and AI adoption — Continuously track design, motion, and video trends and emerging AI tools, and actively encourage the team to experiment, learn, and apply them in real work.
- Own cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management — Work closely with Marketing and other teams to align on goals, priorities, and high-quality creative outcomes.
- Own agency and freelancer collaboration — Brief, manage, and quality-check external partners to ensure all output fits our brand and design standards.
- Stay hands-on when it matters — Contribute directly to key assets and set the creative benchmark for the team.
What we need:
- 6+ years of experience in graphic/multimedia design, including 2+ years leading design teams, ideally in SaaS or Tech companies.
- Strong design operations mindset — experienced in building and scaling effective design workflows, systems, and review processes.
- Strong creative and curious mindset with ability to bring fresh ideas and inspire others to innovate and bring the creative quality to the next level.
- High sense of ownership, reliability, and accountability — stakeholders trust you to deliver consistently and at a high standard.
- Clear communicator and effective stakeholder partner — you are able to guide non-design stakeholders, align expectations, and facilitate productive feedback and decision-making.
- Supportive people leader focused on team growth — you coach designers, build confidence, and support continuous improvement in craft and ownership.
- Hands-on when needed — able to step in on key assets or to unblock the team and set quality benchmarks.
- Bonus: experience with motion design, CGI, 3D.
- Bonus: experience managing agencies and freelancers, including briefing, quality assurance, and integration with in-house teams.

- Step 3 – Case Study & Panel (90 min) - You’ll work on a real-world brand and design challenge and present your thinking to our CMO and Head of Marketing Operations. This helps us see your creativity, problem-solving, and leadership in action.
