We have the opportunity for a Senior Customer and Partner Marketing Manager role to join our Marketing Team.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure all campaigns, programs, and engagement map to company growth, retention, and product adoption goals.
- Expand beyond testimonials to oversee programs such as the Library Leadership Council.
- Develop frameworks to elevate power users into brand advocates and product influencers.
- Work with Email Specialist to develop segmentation and nurture strategies that encourage meaningful customer actions including increased feature usage, expansion, and early renewal signals.
- Partner with Product Marketing to produce more case studies, testimonials, and customer spotlights.
- Work closely with Account Management, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver timely, relevant customer education including product updates, release notes, enablement resources, and user best practices.
- Plan and execute customer webinars, virtual roundtables, thought leadership sessions, and customer appreciation events.
- Lead the planning and distribution of co-branded content, integrated campaigns, and marketing activations with strategic B2B partners.
- Select high-impact associations aligned with target customer segments and ICPs. Evaluate opportunities across sponsorships, content distribution, awards, webinars, advisory councils, and work with Events Marketing Manager on conference participation.
- Build marketing plans that leverage association newsletters, webinars, events, and research publications to increase brand authority and pipeline contribution.
- Partner with associations on thought leadership content, whitepapers, panel discussions, and joint campaigns to elevate brand credibility and reach new audiences.
- Measure the impact of association partnerships through brand impressions, content engagement, member referrals, and partner-driven pipeline.
You are a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS with deep experience in customer and partner marketing or lifecycle marketing
- Strong collaboration skills paired with the ability to work autonomously, balancing cross-functional input with independent ownership and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and tailor messaging to different audiences
- Background in customer lifecycle marketing, including programs that support retention, expansion, and long-term customer value
- Experience collaborating with industry associations, advisory groups, or member-based organizations to deliver co-marketing or thought leadership initiatives
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience supporting product launches or major feature releases through customer-facing education and enablement
- Comfort working in cross-functional departments and partnering closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams
- Experience building or scaling customer communities or advocacy programs
Bonus points if you have:
- Strong storytelling skills across written, video, or live formats
- Experience engaging senior or executive-level customers through councils, roundtables, or peer communities
- Background in vertical SaaS, regulated industries, or highly specialized customer segments
- Experience working in the publishing industry

The pay range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.
