As a Partner Account Manager at Rewind, you’ll play a key role in expanding and strengthening our ecosystem of channel partners—including agencies, resellers, and solutions providers. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, you’ll develop relationships that drive mutual growth and unlock new revenue opportunities.
You’ll work closely with Partner Marketing Sales and Product teams to accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, while helping to build the infrastructure for Rewind’s growing partner program. For the right person, this is a rare opportunity to shape a high-impact function during a moment of rapid ecosystem expansion.
This role involves occasional travel for partner events, conferences, and onsite meetings.
Identify, engage, and close new partnerships with resellers, agencies, solutions providers, and GSIs.
Build lasting relationships through thoughtful outreach, training, and enablement programs.
Serve as the main point of contact for partner accounts, helping them sell, evaluate, and support Rewind products.
Drive measurable growth in partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
Exceed key KPIs related to partner acquisition and retention.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Marketing, Sales, Product, and Support to deliver joint business outcomes.
Contribute to the design and improvement of systems that scale Rewind’s partnerships.
Create tools, collateral, and onboarding materials to help partners succeed.
Maintain high reporting standards across core systems, including PRM (Euler), CRM (Salesforce), and partner marketplace portals (e.g., Atlassian,).
Act as a connector between internal teams to align strategies and initiatives.
Provide input on go-to-market campaigns, co-marketing opportunities, and partner events.
Represent Rewind at industry events and partner gatherings to grow brand awareness and trust.
3+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships - partner acquisition and management.
Proven success meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering remote presentations.
Experience working with Salesforce CRM and comfort navigating PRM tools and managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
Ability and willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Familiarity with Euler, Salesloft, Excel/Google Sheets, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strong systems-level thinking across sales, product, and marketing functions.
Experience building new partnerships from acquisition through long-term management.
This role is remote across Canada, with a preference for candidates working in Eastern Time (EST), ideally in Toronto and Ottawa.
Some travel is required for conferences, events, and partner meetups.
Salary range
~ $90,000 - $130,000 (+ variable compensation)
Compensation Philosophy
The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
If your expectations are above this range, it may be because your experience aligns with a more senior level. In some cases, we’re open to hiring at a higher level for the right person and are committed to paying competitively and fairly.
If your experience is closer to an earlier career stage, we may still consider your application. In that case, we would evaluate the role at a different level within our levelling framework, which would correspond to a salary below the range shown.
