Na The Knot Worldwide, estamos em busca de um(a) profissional de Customer Care Support para integrar o nosso time de Sales no Brasil. O candidato ideal conta com experiência em atendimento ao cliente B2B, ótima escuta ativa, capacidade de entender as necessidades dos clientes e forte habilidade interpessoal.
• Gerenciar clientes B2B, incluindo suporte pós-venda, retenção, treinamentos e atendimento personalizado de qualidade.
• Prestar suporte a clientes B2B por telefone e e-mail.
• Gerenciar produtos adicionais adquiridos pelos clientes.
• Atuar em parceria com outras áreas e departamentos da empresa para resolver e acompanhar demandas específicas relacionadas aos clientes.
• Residir na região metropolitana de São Paulo.
• Experiência mínima de 2 anos em atendimento ao cliente, preferencialmente B2B.
• Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita.
• Experiência com bases de dados e sistemas de CRM (desejável).
• Boa organização, atenção aos detalhes e habilidade para resolução de problemas.
• Perfil autônomo, empático, resiliente, flexível e com forte senso de responsabilidade.
• Disponibilidade para atuar em um ambiente multicultural, estruturado e dinâmico.
• Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e contribuir para resultados coletivos.
Diferencial: inglês e espanhol em nível intermediário.
