Trial Library is seeking a Provider Engagement Lead to prospect, onboard, activate, and manage a growing network of oncology providers participating in clinical trials. This role is highly focused on oncology clinical trials and plays a critical role in driving patient identification and referral into active studies.
Provider Engagement Lead will be responsible for remote cold-call outreach, relationship development, and ongoing provider activation. This individual must be comfortable guiding providers in identifying eligible patients, overcoming objections, and maintaining consistent engagement to sustain trial momentum. The ideal candidate brings prior experience working with providers in clinical trials and understands the realities of provider workflows, competing priorities, and enrollment barriers.

his position reports to the Associate Director of Provider Partnerships and works closely with the Project Management Team and Navigation Team. This is a primarily remote role, with occasional travel as needed.
