We are hiring a Head of Performance Marketing to lead and scale Yepoda’s global performance engine across paid channels, driving efficient customer acquisition, conversion and scalable growth.
This role owns performance marketing across the paid customer journey, including prospecting, conversion, retargeting and affiliate growth, and works in close partnership with the Head of CRM, who leads post-purchase lifecycle and loyalty. Together, these roles ensure customers are acquired efficiently and developed into long-term, loyal customers.
Own Yepoda’s global performance marketing strategy across paid channels, including paid social, paid search, SEO, affiliate and shopping, and emerging performance-driven platforms
Lead planning, execution and optimisation of performance campaigns to drive efficient customer acquisition, improve CAC efficiency and maximise return on ad spend
Define and manage media budgets, pacing, bidding strategies and forecasting across channels and markets
Build and scale rigorous testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, formats, channels and landing pages to continuously improve performance
Partner closely with CRM, Brand, Product, Analytics and Data teams to ensure strong alignment between acquisition, lifecycle and long-term customer value
Translate performance insights into learnings that inform creative strategy, audience development and broader growth initiatives
Build, lead and develop a high-performing global performance marketing team , fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability and continuous improvement
Stay ahead of platform, algorithm and measurement changes to ensure Yepoda’s performance marketing remains best in class
Extensive experience in performance marketing or acquisition leadership within a high-growth DTC, e-commerce or omnichannels business or agency, ideally in beauty or consumer brands
Deep hands-on expertise across paid social and paid search platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest
Strong track record of scaling paid media efficiently while maintaining a clear focus on CAC, ROAS and long-term value
Highly analytical, with strong experience in experimentation, attribution, measurement and performance reporting
Proven ability to lead and scale international performance marketing teams
Strong commercial mindset with a clear understanding of how acquisition performance connects to retention and LTV
Experience with managing large budgets and owning commercial outcomes
Experience working across multiple international markets; US market experience is a strong plus
Fluent in English; an additional European language is a plus
Retention, CRM, email, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing sit with the Head of CRM.
A predictable, scalable acquisition engine across Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest, with clear channel roles and efficient budget allocation across markets
Customer acquisition efficiency improves sustainably (CAC / NCA decreases or is held while scaling), without sacrificing customer quality or long-term value
AI-enabled optimisation and automation meaningfully improve performance outcomes, including bidding, budget allocation, creative testing and audience development
Creative, audience and funnel testing operate as a systematic, largely automated learning loop, accelerating insight generation and decision-making
Measurement and reporting are trusted and decision-ready, with a clear understanding of attribution, incrementality and the role of AI-driven models
Strong collaboration with CRM ensures a seamless handover from first purchase into lifecycle journeys, with performance insights actively informing retention and LTV growth
International scaling is smooth and repeatable, supported by automation, shared playbooks and AI-assisted optimisation across markets
The performance marketing team operates at a high bar of excellence, with strong ownership, data fluency and continuous improvement enabled by automation and smart tooling
