Field Service Analyst

Acumen Technology is looking for confident and passionate Field Service Analyst to join our team. We want IT professionals that understand that the client’s experience is as important as knowing the right buttons to press, and that you can have fun while you work. 

Based out of the Music City, Nashville, TN, Acumen Technology is a leading IT Managed Services Provider focusing on financial institutions, healthcare, and other industries that are serious about security and doing IT right. The Field Service Analyst Position 

This position follows a hybrid schedule, splitting time between Acumen’s office and client sites in Nashville, averaging four days onsite each week. As the primary Tier 1 support for our clients, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical assistance. We’re looking for someone who loves what they do and enjoys solving problems. You’ll work with technologies such as Windows 10/11, Azure, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and basic networking. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, clear documentation, accurate time tracking, and attention to metrics will help keep everything running smoothly.
