The Billing Intern role supports the billing team by handling basic administrative tasks such as printing invoices, preparing them for delivery, and keeping track of invoice status.
What you'll be doing:
- Print invoices and related documents.
- Check invoices for basic accuracy before printing.
- Prepare invoices for delivery or dispatch & coordinate with delivery staff.
- Update and maintain an invoice tracking record.
- File invoices and delivery documents properly.
- Assist with simple data entry and other office tasks as needed.
What will make you successful in the role:
- You have basic organizational skills and good eye for details.
- Ability to handle paperwork efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent English communication skills both in written and oral to work with a global team.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
