We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our Spotify team in Korea, where you will represent Spotify in the local market and help brands connect meaningfully with audiences.

You will act as a trusted advisor to advertisers, ensuring their campaigns deliver strong results while building long-term relationships. What you'll do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and marketing challenges
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Develop and execute effective advertising strategies aligned with client objectives
- Support campaign planning, launch, and optimization across Spotify’s advertising solutions
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to generate actionable insights
- Provide clear recommendations to improve results and maximize campaign effectiveness
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, creative, and technical partners to ensure seamless execution
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies
- Bring fresh ideas and insights to help clients stay ahead in a competitive market
What you need for this role:
- 2–3 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or similar preferred)
- Solid understanding of online advertising, analytics, and social media platforms
- Strong knowledge of digital trends, market dynamics, and growth opportunities
- Structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects across teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Fluency in Korean and English with the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally
