The Associate Learning Consultant supports the design and delivery of engaging learning experiences that help bring program blueprints to life. This role contributes to the creation of training materials, facilitates group or practice sessions, and learns to apply instructional design principles in real-world contexts. The Associate Learning Consultant plays a key role in building learner confidence and understanding while developing their own skills as a future facilitator and learning designer.
What You’ll Do
Support the design of structured learning experiences based on scoped program needs and audience objectives.
Assist with developing training materials such as slide decks, job aids, facilitator guides, and knowledge base articles.
Co-facilitate live learning sessions (onboarding, workshops, vILT) with guidance from a Learning Consultant.
Apply foundational instructional design methods — such as scaffolding, practice, and feedback loops — to improve learner engagement and retention.
Maintain and update pod-specific learning resources, ensuring information is accurate and accessible.
Collect learner feedback and assist in tracking session data and completion metrics.
Collaborate closely with Program Managers and Learning Consultants to ensure learning content aligns with defined outcomes
Participate in peer reviews and internal enablement, continuously developing facilitation and design skills.
Contribute ideas for improving delivery flow, learner engagement, and content clarity.
What You’ll Bring
Education/Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Education, Communication, Instructional Design, or a related field. Entry-level candidates or recent graduates with strong learning design potential are encouraged to apply.
Foundational Instructional Design Knowledge: Understanding of adult learning theory, ADDIE, and key instructional concepts like scaffolding, practice, and reinforcement.
Facilitation Readiness: Comfort presenting, leading small-group discussions, or co-facilitating sessions with guidance from senior facilitators.
Content Development Skills: Basic ability to create clear, organized, and visually appealing learning materials such as slides, 1-pagers, and internal articles.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively with Program Managers, Learning Consultants, and Content Specialists.
Learner-Centric Mindset: Curiosity about how people learn best and a passion for helping others succeed through practical, accessible training.
Tools & Platforms (Preferred): Exposure to or interest in learning platforms such as LMSs, webinar tools, or authoring systems (e.g., Google Vids, Clueso, Articulate, LEAi).
Mindset: Growth-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Brings curiosity, creativity, and accountability to every project.
