Key Responsibilities 🎯
- Grow, coach and organize a high-performing hardware team taking over full disciplinary responsibility
- Define how the team works: rituals, project management approach, tooling, reporting, and alignment
- Plan development milestones, timelines, capacity, risks, and dependencies across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and production workstreams
- Support pilots, demos, troubleshooting, and customer-facing technical issues

Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering hardware from prototype to production
- Demonstrated ability to organize teams, structure work, and create effective processes
- Experience coordinating mechanical, electrical, firmware, testing, and production efforts
- Ability to evaluate technical designs, identify risks early, and drive resolution
- Strong communicator who creates alignment across engineering, product, and business
Great to have ➕
- Knowledge of gas measurement devices, particularly for methane or hydrogen
- Work experience in fast paced VC backed startups
- Experience working within regulatory constraints such as ATEX
- Track record of managing a product portfolio
