About the Role
- You jointly take on the strategic leadership and further development of the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team with their management.
- You have overall responsibility for customer acquisition, team staffing, strategic project prioritization, project execution, success, and profitability, as well as customer satisfaction.
- You are responsible for the successful end-to-end implementation of international Commercial / Digital / Tech /Data Due Dilligence projects for buy-side and sell-side transactions, defining the appropriate strategy together with the customer, defining requirements, and ensuring the smooth implementation of customer projects.
- You drive the further development of internal know-how (Thought Leadership) as well as the establishment of partnerships with leading large and mid-cap private equity funds.
- You establish and optimize the standardization of processes and templates, including quality assurance processes for ongoing projects or newly developed solutions.
- You play a proactive role in sales and pitching activities and develop new (AI) services based on current trends and industry developments.
- You work closely with the Leadership Team from all departments.
- You represent them and the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team at events, trade shows, and universities.
- You work together with the People & Culture Team on the further development of the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team and support the recruitment of top talent.
Requirements
- You hold a university degree with excellent performance in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (an MBA is advantageous).
- You have 8+ years of professional experience, focusing on (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or digital marketing.
- You have expert knowledge and a deep understanding of tech, marketing and AI, as well as the latest tools and current trends in the digital sector.
- You have proven experience and excellent skills in team coordination, leadership, and project management.
- You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and work in a structured and results-oriented manner.
- You excel in oral and written communication skills.
- You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high degree of self-responsibility and passion for your work.
- You are fluent in English.
