We’re hiring a Junior Takedown Operations Analyst to support and execute takedown operations aimed at reducing online abuse, fraud, and other digital threats. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn within a technical and legal cybersecurity context. You’ll be part of the Takedown team, working closely with internal areas and external entities to ensure effective and compliant content removal. This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide. A typical workday might include:
- Analyzing and monitoring takedown process flows and ongoing cases;
- Drafting and maintaining abuse report templates for platforms and service providers;
- Communicating with internal teams, hosting providers, registrars, registries, and other external entities;
- Reviewing and validating content associated with takedown tickets;
- Supporting the implementation of new strategies, tools, and technologies to improve operational efficiency;
- Keeping up with legislative changes and best practices related to online content removal.
Requirements
Indispensable Requirements
- Self-identification as a Person with Disability (PwD/ "PCD"), according to Brazilian law;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English (intermediate to advanced, especially reading and writing);
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity topics such as fraud, phishing, data leaks, and digital abuse;
- Ability to work with structured processes, documentation, and operational routines in a detail-oriented manner.
Bonus points if you have
- Education or courses in Law or Information Security;
- Familiarity with platform abuse policies (Meta, X, TikTok, etc.);
- Introductory knowledge of Digital Law, LGPD, GDPR, Intellectual Property, Networks, Information Security, or CSIRT-related activities;
- Academic, internship, or entry-level experience involving data analysis, technical operations, or regulatory environments.
