Creative Communications Specialist – UX, Engagement & Digitalization

As our new colleague, you will elevate how our department’s and division’s results, strategies, and projects are shared across the company, with a focus on Hungary and the Eastern Europe region.

This role is about rethinking internal communication from a user experience perspective: turning complex information into intuitive, engaging, and inspiring digital experiences. You will combine creativity, storytelling, and modern digital and AI-powered tools to shape how employees experience and interact with our messages.

 

Your tasks:

► Communicate department and division results, strategies, and key initiatives through engaging, user-centered digital communication formats

► Design and deliver creative content such as presentations, visuals, infographics, short videos, and interactive storytelling formats

► Apply UX principles to internal communication to create intuitive user journeys and improve information flow

► Increase employee engagement by rethinking how internal audiences consume, understand, and interact with content

► Use AI-driven tools to accelerate content creation and explore innovative communication formats

► Drive the digitalization of internal communication by transforming static materials into modern, dynamic experiences

► Continuously experiment with new tools, platforms, and methods, acting as a driving force for creative communication innovation

►Experience in communications, digital media, UX, marketing, or a related field

► Strong creativity and storytelling skills with a clear UX and engagement mindset

► Ability to simplify complex topics and results into clear, intuitive, and compelling messages

► Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools for text, design, image, or video creation

► Confidence in using modern digital tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides, Figma, Canva, Miro, and video editing tools

► Passion for digital transformation and improving employee experience

► Proactive, curious personality with the ability to work independently in an evolving, diverse, international environment

► Fluency in English and Hungarian is required; German language skills are considered an advantage
