We are seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead all financial aspects of a growing, multi-entity organization. This role is ideal for candidates that thrive in competitive environments, balance strategy with execution, and have a proven ability to drive profitability, scale operations, and support complex growth initiatives. This role has extreme growth potential. Take the lead, own the execution today, and grow into a CFO as the organization scales.
The CFO will join the executive team—providing insight, structure, and financial discipline while enabling growth.
Requirements
Strategic Leadership
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute long-term strategic plans, including growth initiatives, acquisitions, and operational scaling.
- Translate business plans into integrated financial models, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs tailored to multi-location and seasonal operations.
- Lead enterprise-level financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ROI evaluation to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide scenario analysis and ROI modeling for:
- New facility launches
- Program and pricing decisions
- Marketing spend and customer acquisition
- Staffing and capacity planning
Financial Operations & Performance
- Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities across multiple entities.
- Ensure financial and operational compliance.
- Implement proactive cost management and margin improvement initiatives to drive sustained profitability.
- Develop dashboards and performance reporting that connect operational KPIs to financial outcomes.
- Manage relationships with external investors.
- Secure and manage financing for growth initiatives and capital projects.
- Oversee treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, debt restructuring, and FX strategy (as applicable).
Systems, Process & Scale
- Build scalable financial systems and processes.
- Improve accuracy, efficiency, and insight through automation and streamlined workflows.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing finance team.
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Communicate complex financial insights clearly to non-financial leaders.
