We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant with 1–3 years of professional experience and hands-on expertise in Odoo ERP, especially the Accounting module. The ideal candidate has worked in a multi-country or multi-company environment, is fluent in English, and is capable of supporting global accounting functions.
You'll collaborate across teams in different jurisdictions, helping automate workflows and contribute to accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Record daily financial transactions accurately in Odoo Accounting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-border teams for intercompany transactions
- Contribute to automation and optimization of accounting workflows in Odoo
- Support in the preparation of financial statements and audit requirements
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Practical experience using Odoo ERP (especially the Accounting module)
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Excel and financial reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to have
- Experience working in a multi-company or multinational environment
- Familiarity with VAT, withholding tax, and cross-border transactions
- Exposure to remote collaboration tools (e.g., Ariba, Microsoft Teams)
- Ability to document processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Basic understanding of other Odoo modules (e.g., Inventory, Sales, or Payroll)
