Seeking a temporary specialist to collaborate with Facilities Managers and Directors to optimize and enhance the use of ServiceChannel. This role focuses on improving workflows, increasing user adoption, and aligning the platform with operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose issues with the current ServiceChannel deployment and recommend improvements.
• Re-engineer workflows, routing logic, and approval rules.
• Implement new features, modules, and vendor integrations.
• Configure and optimize Service Automation, Asset Management, and Supply Chain modules.
• Identify underutilized features and promote user adoption.
• Provide documentation, basic training, and advanced ("Tier 3") system support.
• Support improvements in reporting, work order management, and vendor coordination.
