Working Conditions: -** Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. -** Modality:** On-site / Presential.

Responsibilities:
• Design learning products focused on visual impact, branding, and user experience.
• Develop leadership, professional, and personal development programs.
• Facilitate organizational learning content both on-site and virtually.
• Design and execute onboarding processes in collaboration with HR.
• Conduct needs analysis, identify skill gaps, and propose effective solutions.
• Implement adult learning strategies using L&D tools.
• Develop measurement tools, evaluations, and knowledge assessments.
Skills & Competencies:
• Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and content development tools.
• Facilitation, presentation, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to create dynamic and interactive learning experiences.
• High emotional intelligence and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
Education & Certifications:
• University degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Learning Technologies, or related fields.
• Non-traditional certifications or programs will be considered.
• Certifications in L&D, HR, ATD, SHRM, or equivalent (preferred).
