Dominion Dynamics is building Canada’s first modern defence prime: software-defined, attritable, and sovereign.

Dominion Dynamics is scaling fast, and we need strong internal execution to keep that momentum. As we build sovereign, AI-enabled defence technology for Canada, this role ensures our leadership, engineers, and operators can move quickly and stay aligned. By keeping our systems, schedule, and operations running smoothly, you enable the team to focus relentlessly on mission-critical work that strengthens Canadian autonomy.
This is a high-ownership, do-what-it-takes role at the heart of a fast-moving startup. You’ll support leadership, streamline operations, organize information, set up systems, manage logistics, and jump into whatever the company needs next. No two days will look the same. If you thrive in ambiguity, love solving operational puzzles, and naturally bring order to chaos, this role gives you the chance to build foundational processes from the ground up and shape how Dominion Dynamics runs.
Run day-to-day office operations and act as the go-to person for solving problems quickly
Keep the workspace organized, efficient, and set up for a high-output team
Support onboarding and offboarding to help new hires hit the ground running
Manage calendars, scheduling, meeting flow, and prioritization for leaders
Coordinate internal meetings, team syncs, and all-hands sessions
Support the creation of decks, notes, and internal communication materials
Handle bookkeeping (expenses, invoices, vendor setup, receipts)
Maintain clean, organized systems and documentation across tools
Help organize internal events, offsites, demos, and milestone celebrations
Contribute to team-building moments that keep the company connected and aligned
Startup-minded: adaptable, fast, and comfortable figuring things out as you go
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Tech- and systems-savvy; you love making tools and workflows more efficient
Great at multitasking and keeping context across many moving pieces
A strong communicator who helps teams stay aligned

Experience with basic accounting and bookkeeping
