Appointment Setter - EMPPBINT01

Location: South Africa
Hours: This role is available across multiple time zones, with scheduling aligned to specific regional business hours. (Multiple positions available)
Salary: The role is offering R15,000 to R20,000 per month plus commission. On target earnings are around R40,000 plus per month. Negotiable based on experience.

We are looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic, growth driven team. In this role, you will engage decision makers at companies that are recruiting, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for our recruitment team. You will play a key part in driving business growth through consistent outreach, professional follow up, and high-quality appointment setting.

This position is fully remote and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of results and enjoys building relationships with businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and follow up calls with companies that are recruiting, including warm inbound leads.

• Identify and engage hiring decision makers, introduce our recruitment services and qualify interest based on set criteria.

• Schedule discovery calls and consultations for recruiters or the sales team and ensure all details are accurate.

• Utilise CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records.

• Confirm meetings, reduce no shows, and support smooth handover to the recruiter or sales team.

• Handle objections professionally and keep conversations focused and value driven.

• Provide feedback and insights on lead quality, campaign performance, and areas for improvement.
