As a Talent & Learning Partner, you will help bring to life and operationalizing our global People Strategy, with focus on deployment across our EMEA and Asia Pacific Team. You'll work across our global Talent, Leadership and Learning community, collaborating with colleagues from all regions to design and deliver initiatives that support our most critical priorities. You will report to the Head of Leadership, Talent & Culture, EMEA & APAC.
What you will do:
- Partner across the global Talent, Leadership and Learning team to deliver high-impact people initiatives.
- Use data and insights to identify future areas of focus and measure the impact.
- Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and global HR teams to co-create employee experiences that address business needs.
- Champion the use of technology to enhance and scale our people products and experiences.
- Embed end-to-end people solutions that blend external best practice with understanding of our organizational context.

- Evolve our performance approach to support a feedback-rich culture.

What you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a Talent and Learning, HR Business Partnering or another similar role, in a global, matrixed environment;
- Ability to use data to tell compelling stories and inform decision-making;
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels and geographies;
- Experience with design thinking and human-centred approaches;
- Design simple, engaging experiences for employees;
- Experience working directly with the business or customers to co-create and deploy solutions;
- A commitment to equity and inclusion in all people practices;
- Experience working with diverse, geographically distributed teams.
