As Fanvue grows, our People & Culture function needs to scale with the same level of quality, speed, and care. We are hiring a People Operations Generalist to ensure our people operations run smoothly, reliably, and efficiently as the company continues to grow rapidly.
🎯 The Role
This is a highly operational, high-impact role focused on keeping the foundations of Fanvue running smoothly. You will own and improve day-to-day people operations, support hiring execution, and reduce operational load across People & Talent through better processes, systems, and automation.
This role is critical to ensuring People & Culture is an enabler of growth, not a bottleneck. You will work closely with People, Talent, and cross-functional teams, and be the go-to person locally for operational execution. It's a hybrid role that requires roughly 3 days at our office in Canary Wharf.
🚀 What You’ll Do
Own and execute people operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
Support hiring execution through interview coordination, scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS hygiene
Power up the Talent team by removing operational friction and improving hiring workflows
Ensure People systems and data are clean, accurate, and trusted across HRIS, ATS, and documentation
Reduce manual admin by building and improving workflows using automation and AI-powered tools
Own working equipment logistics and systems for new and existing employees, including laptops and access management
Create consistency and clarity across People processes as the company scales
👀 Who You Are
2 to 4 years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or People Administration roles
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a love for structure
Comfortable working across systems, tools, and documentation
Trusted with sensitive and confidential information
Proactive, reliable, and able to follow through independently
Curious about improving processes and leveraging better tools
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment
