Your key responsibilities as an HR Executive will include:

• Supporting employee lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth onboarding and exit processes.
• Maintaining accurate HRIS data and delivering timely updates.
• Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and assisting with event planning.
• Managing background verification processes to ensure compliance standards are met.
• Preparing HR documentation including employment letters, contracts, and audit materials.
• Collaborating with HR colleagues and managers to deliver seamless HR operations.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an HR Executive:

• You must have strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail in data management and documentation.
• You should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with employees and managers.
• You will bring interpersonal skills that help build positive relationships across teams.
• You must be proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite to support daily HR operations.
