At Feeld, we are creating a world where everyone is more intimately connected to each other and themselves. We are building an inclusive, human-centered product and are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to become part of our remote team and our mission to elevate the human experience of sexuality and relationships.
You will own how Feeld’s products and features are positioned, launched, and understood by prospects and members. This role sets product marketing strategy and drives end-to-end execution: from identifying opportunity and shaping the narrative, through to leading go-to-market and measuring impact.
As the voice of the consumer, you will surface insights that influence the product roadmap and proactively identify where unmet needs, friction, or ambiguity can become growth opportunities. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, partnering closely with Product, Brand, Creative, Data, and Growth to bring clarity, focus, and momentum to Feeld’s most important initiatives.
To thrive in this role, you are a seasoned product marketer who has owned major launches and can confidently set direction, make decisions, and move work forward without waiting for perfect inputs. You excel at turning complexity into sharp positioning, clear plans, and high-impact outcomes — and you take pride in owning results, not just deliverables.
What you will do:
- Own product marketing strategy and execution for Feeld’s products and features, from opportunity identification through launch and post-launch optimization
- Define and lead end-to-end go-to-market plans, including positioning, messaging, target audiences, success metrics, and cross-functional alignment
- Proactively identify gaps in consumer understanding, unmet member needs, unclear value and turn them into opportunities for growth, differentiation, or engagement
- Establish the foundations of product marketing at Feeld by creating clear frameworks, processes, and ways of working that enable focus, speed, and high-impact execution
- Develop compelling positioning and narratives that clearly articulate value, drive adoption, and elevate perceived product and brand value
- Partner closely with Product to influence roadmap decisions using customer insights, market context, and launch learnings
- Set goals and define success metrics for launches, then analyze performance to inform iteration and future strategy
- Act as a strategic connector across teams, aligning stakeholders around priorities while confidently driving decisions forward
Requirements
About you:
- You have 6+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or strategy, with 4+ years owning product marketing initiatives end to end
- You have a proven track record of setting product marketing strategy and translating it into execution that delivers measurable impact
- You are comfortable operating with ambiguity and autonomy — you don’t wait to be told what to do, and you thrive in roles where you define the problem and the path forward
- You have strong analytical instincts, with the ability to use data and research to inform positioning, segmentation, pricing, and prioritization
- You are exceptional at crafting positioning, messaging, and plans that simplify complexity and mobilize teams toward a clear goal
- You are influential and collaborative by nature, with experience leading through persuasion rather than authority
- You are an excellent communicator with high standards for clarity, rigor, and craft in both written and verbal work
Bonus points:
- You have deep understanding and experience with mobile apps and/or consumer subscription products and a strong alignment to Feeld’s mission and purpose
Benefits
About us:
Feeld is an independent, experimental and fully remote organisation reshaping the dialogue on dating and sexuality. The company was founded in 2014 and has evolved since to become the open, distributed structure it is now. We have a naturally agile and fluid culture. The whole team is fully remote, which means you work where and when helps you perform at your best. We regard autonomy highly and treat our organisation as a product – we iterate, improve and test things internally to see what works best for everyone.
