What You’ll Be Doing
- Create and run content across multiple social media platforms, with constant trend testing and format experimentation
- Own the entire social media process; warm-ups, posting, community interaction, and clean archiving
- Work side by side with the team on AI-powered visuals, video concepts, ad shoots, and editing workflows
- Show up in short-form ads and social videos with strong energy and camera confidence when needed
- Learn fast, test relentlessly, and improve channels through creative ideas backed by real data
What We’re Looking For
- No prior professional experience required; previous experience in marketing, AI, or social media is a plus
- Genuine curiosity about AI, social media, and internet culture
- Comfort and confidence in front of the camera, especially for short-form video content
- Interest in both strategic planning and hands-on execution of content and social media ideas
- High energy, proactive attitude, and strong learning mindset
- Strong motivation to grow, experiment, and improve
- Willingness to focus time and creative energy on planning, producing, and executing social media strategies
- Openness to feedback, coaching, and rapid skill development in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Availability to work at least a total of 3 days per week, with at least 2 days in the office
