About the role:
Weβre looking for a curious, detail-oriented Product & AI Automation Intern to support our product discovery, documentation, and automation efforts. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys research, structured thinking, and experimenting with AI tools to improve how teams work. Youβll collaborate closely with our Product and Operations teams to help streamline workflows, capture insights, and support early-stage feature development in a fast-paced startup environment.
What youβll do:
- Product Research & Documentation:
- Conduct product and market research to support feature exploration, competitive analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Assist in writing user stories and preparing documentation for product kickoffs.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation across product workflows, research findings, and feature specifications.
- User Research:
- Tag, organize, and summarize user research recordings to surface key insights and recurring themes.
- Support user discovery initiatives by coordinating research sessions, preparing materials, and documenting outcomes.
- Help synthesize qualitative findings into actionable takeaways for the product team.
- AI Automation:
- Identify manual or repetitive processes across product and company operations that are suitable for automation.
- Build, test, and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Claude Code, Zapier, and other AI or no-code/low-code tools.
- Automate tasks including data entry, reporting, notifications, and internal operational workflows.
- Document automation processes and support team members in adopting new tools and workflows.
What youβll need:
- Currently enrolled in a Computer Science or related program.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Interest in product development, user research, and process optimization.
- Comfort working with documentation, structured thinking, and new tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2nd or 3rd year university student.
- Available for an 8-month internship.
- Familiarity with automation tools, scripting, or AI-assisted workflows.
- Interest in startups, product management, or operational efficiency.
