This role supports leadership across scheduling, communication, and internal coordination, helping keep priorities clear and operations running smoothly as the company scales.
You will work closely with founders and senior leaders, handling day-to-day execution while also improving systems, documentation, and workflows. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a modern startup where priorities move quickly and context matters.

What Youβll Work On
Executive Support and Coordination
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Handle email triage, follow-ups, and priority tracking for leadership
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and meeting preparation when needed
- Prepare summaries, notes, and action items to keep execution moving
Operations and Internal Systems
- Maintain organized documentation, files, and internal resources
- Support project tracking and task management across teams
- Improve internal workflows, templates, and operating processes
- Help ensure nothing slips through the cracks as priorities shift
Communication and Cross-Team Support
- Act as a point of coordination between leadership and internal teams
- Support clear communication with partners, contractors, or clients as needed
- Help align timelines, expectations, and next steps across stakeholders
Ad Hoc and Strategic Support
- Assist with research, light analysis, or prep work for leadership initiatives
- Support special projects related to operations, growth, or customer experience
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate
What You Bring
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Confidence managing competing priorities without constant oversight
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, or similar platforms
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting founders or senior leaders at a startup or SaaS company
- Background in healthcare, health-tech, or professional services
- Comfort improving systems and documentation, not just maintaining them
- Interest in functional, integrative, or longevity-focused healthcare
