We are seeking a results-driven and visionary VP of Sales to lead our sales division and drive significant revenue growth across our EOR and Recruiting services. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for EOR and Recruiting services.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a motivated sales team, fostering a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive sales activities across both Indonesian and international markets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis to the executive team.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-focused approach.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Represent ibmc.id at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction and growth of the company.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role (e.g., VP of Sales, Sales Director, Head of Sales).
- Extensive experience and a strong network within the Employer of Record (EOR) and Recruiting industries are essential.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies in both Indonesian and international markets.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian business landscape, regulatory environment, and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales plans.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
