Reports to: Associate General Counsel – Public Sector
ID.me is seeking a Contracts Manager to provide end-to-end contract lifecycle management, from planning and negotiation to post-award administration. This role ensures that contract processes deliver maximum value, mitigate risk, and align with the organization’s business goals.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism. Familiarity with public sector contracting (at the federal or state and local level (SLED), specifically GSA Schedule contracts, is a plus.
This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role within a mission-driven organization at the intersection of technology, security, and identity verification. You’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking legal team dedicated to supporting innovation while ensuring compliance and contractual excellence.
The annual base salary listed does not include a company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity and benefits which will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location and role.

ID.me is a full-time, in-office culture.
