Marketing Communications Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maximize efficiency and effectiveness of Intuitive Surgical branding & product communications and promotional activities to reach mainly for patients and who benefit from da Vinci® Surgery. This will allow us to leverage the company's resources to build the business across all media and distribution channels.

• Execute patient awareness programs through collaboration between hospitals and various stakeholders within the guidelines of Korea Medical Association’s regulations and compliance.  

• Cooperate with APAC team to manage Intuitive global & Korea social media channel contents(Linked In & local channels)

• Execute print material production with 3rd party designers and print vendors. 

• Proofread and fact-check all materials used for show and event activities and post-event analysis

• Align with global internal communications, brand, and creative teams to help and manage branding guidance, authorization, and activities in Korea for both internal and external materials.

Skill/Job Requirements

• BS degree

• Media relations, digital marketing experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory)

• Excellent communication skills both in Korean and English

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills; ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams to reach common project goals.

• Competent in and comfortable with production and desktop publishing ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and with minimal supervision.

• Willingness and ability to travel 10% of the time and work flexible hours, including weekends as required by travel schedule.
