Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Growth Social & AI to lead the go-to-market and commercial growth of a new social media model powered by AI.
This role is focused on:
- defining and scaling a revolutionary social offering,
- acquiring new clients,
- and positioning this model in the European market.
This is not a traditional agency role.
It is a performance-based partnership for someone who wants to build and scale a new category from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for AI-powered social solutions
- Identify and activate acquisition channels (brands, SMEs, innovation-driven companies)
- Structure offers, pricing, and commercial proposals for the new social model
- Drive new client acquisition and close deals directly
- Collaborate with creative and AI teams to ensure feasibility and quality
- Turn early projects into case studies and scalable commercial assets
- Contribute to positioning this model as a reference in next-generation social media
Requirements
- Proven experience in growth, business development, or sales in social, digital, or tech-enabled environments
- Strong commercial mindset with hands-on deal-closing ability
- Ability to sell innovative, non-standard solutions
- Comfort working in lean, high-accountability settings
- Fluency in English and Italian (German is a plus)
- Experience with performance-based or entrepreneurial roles
