In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of our growth initiatives, assisting in the execution of engaging in-person events across the United States. Your contributions will significantly impact brand recognition and client relationships. Accountabilities
- Travel up to 50% of the month to cities across the US to support and execute our in-person events.
- Engage with event attendees to foster a sense of community and build strong relationships with prospective customers in person.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless hand off to close deals.
- Make calls to prospective customers to secure event attendance.
- Write tailored emails to prospects and customers to follow-up on their experience.
- Track and analyze event outcomes and learnings, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the overall growth marketing strategy for Project MTO.
Requirements
- A creative and enthusiastic individual with a passion for marketing and events who gains energy from being around people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and collaborative team player who is eager to learn and take on new challenges.

- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.

- Willingness and ownership to take initiative when needed.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, event planning, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
