This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Principal Partner Manager. This role is essential for leading and executing strategic co-sell initiatives with a major cloud partner, aimed at driving revenue growth and strengthening collaborative partnerships. You'll work cross-functionally with various teams, including sales, marketing, and technical groups, to identify opportunities and implement go-to-market strategies. Serving as a key liaison, you'll ensure alignment and deliver measurable outcomes while representing your organization in partner programs and industry events. This position offers high visibility, the opportunity to influence executive stakeholders, and the chance to shape the partner ecosystem effectively.
Accountabilities
- Develop and execute co-sell strategies to strengthen strategic partnerships with cloud partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships across partner teams to drive collaboration and mutual success
- Identify, pursue, and manage joint business opportunities that deliver measurable revenue growth
- Coordinate co-sell activities and pipeline development with internal sales and partner account teams
- Create joint go-to-market plans and participate in partner programs to achieve key partnership objectives
- Deliver enablement content and training to internal teams and partner stakeholders
- Track and report on co-sell pipeline, performance metrics, and strategic partnership outcomes
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales within a SaaS or technology organization
- 3+ years of direct experience co-selling with cloud partners, driving measurable revenue growth
- Deep understanding of partner go-to-market structures, field incentive programs, and ecosystems
- Proven ability to build and manage complex relationships across business and technical teams
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Strategic, analytical, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Preferred: experience with cloud marketplace listings, partner certification programs, or global go-to-market initiatives
