Accountabilities
- Assist in financial analysis by interpreting financial data and preparing reports.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Accurately maintain and update books of accounts.
- Collect and calculate employee timesheets.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Compile and track performance data using monitoring systems.
- Collaborate with HR for performance management and improvement.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in reporting.
- Contribute to policy development and documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience.
- At least 1 year of experience as Payroll Accountant.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Experience with manual bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with labor laws.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
