We’re looking for an Account Manager who loves keeping things organised and making sure clients are genuinely happy. You’ll be the go-to person managing your own portfolio of clients guiding them through every step of the process.
You’ll onboard clients, coordinate internal teams, create and assign tasks, manage deadlines, and hold teams accountable. You’ll also track client health, resolve issues quickly, and act as the vital link between clients and Curio’s internal teams.
To summarize, in this role, you will:
📞 Build strong relationships and keep communication clear with our clients
📊 Manage projects, timelines, and reporting across accounts
✅ Keep track of client requests and make sure things get delivered
💼 Look out for opportunities to retain or upsell services (when it makes sense)
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, from 7am - 3pm Central Time (with a little flexibility if needed).
